Fully trained to survive in hostile and uncomfortable environments, Sean has operated in Deserts, Jungles and Extreme Cold .He has also worked in countries during both civil unrest and war (Rwanda, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Democratic Republic of Congo and Iraq) most notably having been embedded during the last Gulf War with the British Army for the BBC on the frontline winning both an Royal Television Society Award and a gaining a military medal for services as a war correspondent.


Through his work as Sound Supervisor on the location phase of The X Factor(12 series), Britain’s Got Talent (10 series) and other shows such as Gary Barlow’s Concert at Camp Bastion in Afghanistan,Sean has gained a wealth of experience in planning for, mixing and recording large multitrack concerts for televised and filmed performances .

Sean began his career in sound a few years ago on 16mm film documentaries and progressed with video technology to work on countless programmes on many many topics both observed and structured.He works well in a small or large team and is fully conversant with all current “over the shoulder” multitrack recording techniques and radio mic technologies..
